摘要
随着工程建设发展,工程机械设备对项目进度、质量和成本影响显著。传统管理方法已难满足需求,精细化管理的研究与应用愈发重要。对设备全方位、全过程的精细管理,通过精确控制和优化流程提升综合效益,能提高设备运行效率、延长使用寿命,降低故障率和维修成本,保障项目顺利推进。本研究旨在探讨有效方法,为工程建设提供科学、经济的管理方案,推动行业可持续发展。具体而言,本研究将聚焦于设备选型论证、动态调度优化、预防性维护策略三大核心模块,结合物联网传感技术和大数据分析平台,构建“数据驱动-智能决策”的管理闭环系统。
With the development of engineering construction,the impact of engineering machinery and equipment on project progress,quality,and cost is significant.Traditional management methods are no longer sufficient to meet the demands,and the research and application of refined management are becoming increasingly important.Fine management of equipment in all aspects and throughout the entire process,through precise control and optimization of processes,can enhance comprehensive benefits,improve equipment operating efficiency,extend service life,reduce failure rates and maintenance costs,and ensure smooth project progress.This study aims to explore effective methods to provide scientific and economic management solutions for engineering construction,and promote sustainable development in the industry.Specifically,this study will focus on three core modules:equipment selection demonstration,dynamic scheduling optimization,and preventive maintenance strategy.By combining IoT sensing technology and big data analysis platform,a"data-driven intelligent decision-making"management closed-loop system will be constructed.
