摘要
医院后勤服务是医疗机构中至关重要的一环,对于提高医疗质量、提升患者满意度具有重要作用。本文以“医院后勤服务精细化管理”的主题为出发点,探讨了该管理模式在医院后勤服务中的实践与研究。通过对相关文献的综述,总结了精细化管理的重要性和优势,并以南京鼓楼医院江北院区为案例提出了一些具体的管理措施和建议。
Hospital logistics services are a crucial part of medical institutions,playing an important role in improving medical quality and enhancing patient satisfaction.Starting from the theme of"Lean Management of Hospital Logistics Services",this article explores the practice and research of this management model in hospital logistics services.Through a review of relevant literature,the importance and advantages of lean management were summarized,and specific management measures and suggestions were proposed using Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital as a case study.
