摘要
我国城市化推动地铁建设,盾构技术因其安全、环保等优势成为地铁隧道建设关键技术。但盾构施工成本高昂且构成复杂。当前地铁市场竞争激烈,呈现中标价低、质量要求高的“三高一低”态势,对企业精细化管理构成挑战。因此,有效控制盾构成本是企业提升盈利与竞争力的核心。现有研究多聚焦设备、管片等主要成本,普遍忽视刀具、油脂、泡沫剂等消耗材料的管控。本文聚焦工程实践,系统剖析盾构消耗材料的成本控制要点与措施,旨在为施工企业精细化成本管理提供参考。
Urbanization in China promotes subway construction,and shield tunneling technology has become a key technology for subway tunnel construction due to its advantages in safety and environmental protection.But shield tunneling construction is costly and complex.The current subway market is fiercely competitive,presenting a"three highs and one low"trend of low bid prices and high quality requirements,which poses a challenge to the refined management of enterprises.Therefore,effectively controlling the cost of shield tunneling is the core for enterprises to enhance profitability and competitiveness.The existing research focuses on the main costs of equipment and segments,and generally ignores the control of consumable materials such as tools,grease,foam agent,etc.This article focuses on engineering practice and systematically analyzes the key points and measures for cost control of shield tunneling materials,aiming to provide reference for construction enterprises to refine cost management.
