摘要
港口与航道工程中,大体积混凝土结构因其体积庞大、水化热高经常会导致开裂,对结构的长期性能与安全构成重大威胁。本文深入剖析了温度、收缩及其他相关因素对混凝土裂缝形成的诱发机理,并在此基础上提出加强混凝土原料配比控制、加强施工温度控制、优化施工约束条件、加强大体积混凝土的养护力度等相应的预防与控制措施,以期为港口与航道工程大体积混凝土施工提供参考。
In port and waterway engineering,large volume concrete structures often crack due to their large volume and high hydration heat,posing a significant threat to the long-term performance and safety of the structure.This article deeply analyzes the induction mechanism of temperature,shrinkage,and other related factors on the formation of concrete cracks,and based on this,proposes corresponding prevention and control measures such as controlling the proportion of strong concrete raw materials,strengthening construction temperature control,optimizing construction constraints,and strengthening the curing strength of large volume concrete,in order to provide reference for the construction of large volume concrete in port and waterway engineering.
