土工膜-混凝土面板联合防渗的库坝工程结构安全分析

Structural Safety Analysis of Reservoir Dam Project with Joint Anti-seepage of Geomembrane and Concrete Slab

摘要 抽水蓄能电站对上水库的防渗安全要求很高,尤其当采用库底和库周全库盆联合防渗时,防渗系统的结构安全尤为重要。依托某抽蓄电站上水库工程,建立“库-坝”整体三维有限元模型,开展坝体和防渗体系应力变形计算,重点分析混凝土面板堆石坝、库周面板和库底土工膜的结构安全性。结果表明,正常蓄水位下,坝体向顺河向位移、沉降极值分别为-5.02、1.73、22.46 cm;混凝土面板挠度极值为13.73 cm,大、小主应力极值分别为1.76、-0.87 MPa;面板垂直缝、周边缝的拉开变形极值分别为0.29、0.33 cm;库底土工膜挠度极值为132.77 cm,主拉应变极值为-0.80%。综合分析计算成果,蓄水期和运行期,计算预测的坝体应力变形分布规律及极值合理;面板拉、压应力极值未超相应的强度允许值,且面板接缝变形极值小于止水片允许变形量;库底土工膜拉应变有较高的安全裕度,防渗系统能发挥正常防渗作用,“库-坝”整体满足安全运行要求。 Pumped storage power stations have high requirements for the seepage control safety of the upper reser-voir,especially when the joint seepage control of the reservoir bottom and the reservoir basin around the reservoir is a-dopted,the structural safety of the seepage control system is particularly important.Based on the upper reservoir project of a certain pump storage power station,a three-dimensional finite element model of reservoir-dam is established.An then the stress and deformation calculation of dam body and seepage control system are carried out,with emphasis on the structural safety of concrete face rockfill dam,face slab around the reservoir and geomembrane at the bottom of the reser-voir.The results show that under normal water level,the extreme values of displacement and settlement along the river are-5.02 cm,1.73 cm and 22.46 cm,respectively.The maximum deflection of concrete slab is 13.73 cm,and the ex-treme values of major and minor principal stresses are 1.76 MPa and-0.87 MPa,respectively.The extreme values of pull-out deformation of vertical seam and peripheral seam of slab are 0.29 cm and 0.33 cm,respectively.The maximum deflection of geomembrane at the bottom of the reservoir is 132.77 cm,and the maximum principal tensile strain is-0.80%.Comprehensive analysis of the calculation results show that the predictions of distribution law and extreme val-ue of dam stress and deformation during storage period and operation period are reasonable.The extreme values of tensile and compressive stress of slab do not exceed the corresponding allowable strength value,and the extreme value of joint deformation of slab is less than the allowable deformation of water-stop sheet;The tensile strain of geomembrane at the bottom of the reservoir has a high safety margin.The seepage control system can play a normal role in seepage control,and the"reservoir-dam"as a whole meets the requirements of safe operation.
