摘要
预拌流态固化土作为一种新型岩土工程材料,其性能受配合比、土壤类型、含水率等因素的影响。为探究不同土质制备的流态固化土的力学特性、抗冲刷性能及植生效应的差异,以砂土和壤土为基料制备流态固化土,对比分析其抗剪性、抗冲性、植生性能以及植物生长条件下流态固化土的抗冲性,并通过扫描电镜观察固化土的微观结构与试验结果相验证。结果表明,抗剪强度随固化剂掺量的增加而增大,固化剂掺量较低时砂土固化土抗剪强度要优于壤土固化土,当固化剂配合比大于水泥掺量4%、水泥激发剂掺量2%时情况相反;随固化剂掺量增加,固化土冲刷量先减少后趋于稳定,且壤土固化土抗冲性始终优于砂土固化土;随固化剂掺量增加植生情况明显恶化,相同固化剂掺量下,砂土固化土出苗率较高,但壤土固化土植株株高更优;植物覆被可显著提升固化土抗冲能力,且对壤土固化土的改善作用优于砂土固化土。
As a novel geotechnical engineering material,the properties of pre-mixed fluidized solidified soil are affect-ed by factors such as mix ratio,soil type,and moisture content.To investigate the differences in mechanical characteris-tics,anti-scouring performance,and vegetation effects of fluidized solidified soil prepared from different soil types,this study utilized sandy soil and loamy soil as base materials to prepare fluidized solidified soil.A comparative analysis was conducted on their shear resistance,anti-scouring performance,vegetation characteristics,and the anti-scouring perform-ance of fluidized solidified soil under plant growth conditions.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was employed to ob-serve the microstructure of the solidified soil,and the results were validated against experimental data.The results indi-cate that shear strength increases with the increase of curing agent content.When the curing agent content is low,the shear strength of sandy soil solidified soil is superior to that of loamy soil solidified soil.However,when the mix ratio of the curing agent exceeds 4%cement content and 2%cement activator content,the opposite is observed.With the in-crease of curing agent content,the scouring amount of solidified soil initially decreases and then stabilizes.The anti-scou-ring performance of loamy soil solidified soil consistently outperforms that of sandy soil solidified soil.Vegetation condi-tions significantly deteriorate with the increase of curing agent content.At the same curing agent content,the germination rate of sandy soil solidified soil is higher,but the plant height in loamy soil solidified soil is superior.Vegetation cover can significantly enhance the anti-scouring capacity of solidified soil,with a more pronounced improvement effect on loamy soil solidified soil compared to sandy soil solidified soil.
