摘要
在流域场次来水预报过程中,由于雨量站监测设备原因,导致部分监测数据缺失,对来水预报精度具有较大影响,单纯利用一种插值方法无法解决多个站点多个时刻数据缺失的情形。针对雨量站监测数据插补问题,为充分利用时间、空间两个维度信息以补齐缺失降雨监测数据,分析了雨量站数据缺失原因,将时间序列分析与空间插值方法进行耦合,提出了一种顾及时空变化的雨量插补方法,可有效解决一个降雨过程中无规律性数据缺失问题。在北方中小流域进行实践验证,发现该方法可提高来水预报精度,对提升流域防洪能力具有重要意义。
In the process of predicting inflow water in the basin,due to the monitoring equipment of rainfall stations,some monitoring data is missing,which has a significant impact on the accuracy of inflow water forecasting.Simply using one interpolation method cannot solve the problem of missing data at multiple stations and times.To address the issue of interpolation in rainfall monitoring data,this paper analyzes the reasons for missing rainfall monitoring data by fully utilizing information from both time and space dimensions.By coupling time series analysis with spatial interpolation methods,a rainfall interpolation method that takes into account spatiotemporal changes is proposed,which can effectively solve the problem of irregular data missing during a rainfall process.Through practical verification in small and mediumsized watersheds in the north,it has been found that this method can improve the accuracy of inflow water forecasting and is of great significance for enhancing the flood control capacity of the watershed.
