位于感潮河段受工程影响的挂定角水文站水文监测能力恢复评估

Assessment on Restoration of Hydrological Monitoring Capacity of Guadingjiao Hydrologic Stationin Tidal Reach Affected bythe Project

摘要 针对水文监测能力受临近桥梁防船撞设施工程影响显著的挂定角水文站,利用感潮河段二维水动力模型进行工程影响识别,并通过工程实施前后的对比监测等补救措施进行实测影响分析,同时对补救实施后的水文监测能力恢复情况进行评估。研究结果表明,防船撞设施工程对挂定角水文站水位、流速监测影响显著,通过采取对比观测、水位数据一致性修正、代表流速关系率定等补救措施可使该站监测能力得以恢复,对补救实施效果进行评价,可满足测站水位、流速的测验任务和精度要求,为其他相关研究提供借鉴。 For the hydrological monitoring capacity of the Guadingjiao hydrological station that is significantly affected by the anti-ship collision facilities project of the adjacent bridge,a two-dimensional hydrodynamic model of the tidal reach is used to identify the impact of the project.The measured impact analysis is carried out through remedial measures such as comparative monitoring before and after the implementation of the project,and the recovery of hydrological monitoring capability after the implementation of the remediation is evaluated.The results show that the project has a significant im-pact on the monitoring of water level and velocity of the Guadingjiao hydrological station.The monitoring ability of the station can be restored by taking remedial measures,such as comparative observation,consistency correction of water level data and calibration of representative velocity relation.The effect of remediation is evaluated,which can satisfy the test tasks and accurach.
