摘要
老年糖尿病是常见慢性病,已成为威胁老年人健康的重要疾病之一。老年糖尿病患者由于年龄较大、生理机能衰退、并发症风险较高,对护理服务的需求更为复杂和细致。本文以对老年糖尿病患者实施优质护理为落脚点,采取高质量护理行动,解决患者现存或潜在护理问题,展现优质护理应用价值。为优质护理服务在临床慢性病护理中应用推广提供参考,促进我国护理事业健康持续发展。
Diabetes mellitus in the elderly is a common chronic condition and has become one of the major diseases threatening the health of older adults.Due to their advanced age,physiological decline,and higher risk of complications,elderly DM patients require more complex and detailed nursing care.This paper focuses on implementing high-quality nursing for elderly diabetic patients,adopting high-standard nursing interventions to address existing or potential health issues,and demonstrating the value of quality care.The aim is to provide a reference for the application and promotion of high-quality nursing services in the clinical management of chronic diseases,thereby contributing to the healthy and sustainable development of nursing in China.
