摘要
目的探讨调强放疗治疗鼻咽癌的研究热点和趋势。方法检索中国知网、Web of Science数据库至2022年8月24日发表的鼻咽癌调强放疗相关文献,运用软件CiteSpace 6.1.R2和Web of Science自带的分析功能对发文量、国家、机构、作者、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入中文文献783篇,英文文献1064篇。文献数量总体呈上升趋势,中国贡献了几乎85%的英文发文量。患者免疫功能、危险因素、生活质量、模型构建、同步放化疗的多中心临床试验是近几年研究热点和未来研究趋势。结论我国学者占据鼻咽癌调强放疗领域国际领军地位。建议国内研究者优先考虑发表中文论文,使之更好地服务于国内临床和科研工作者。
Objective To investigate the research hotspots and trends in field of intensity-modulated radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods Relevant literatures on intensity-modulated radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma published in the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNK)and Web of Science up to August 24,2022 were searched.It used the software CiteSpace 6.1.R2 and the built-in analysis function of Web of Science to conduct visual analysis on the number of published papers,countries,institutions,authors,and keywords.Results A total of 783 papers in Chinese and 1064 papers in English were included.The number of papers was generally on the rise,with China contributing almost 85%of the total number of English-language publications.Multicenter clinical trails on patients'immune function,risk factors,quality of life,model construction,and concurrent chemoradiotherapy had been research hotpots and future research trends in the recent years.Conclusions Researchers from China occupy the international leading position in filed of intensity-modulated radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.It is suggested that domestic researchers should give priority to publishing Chinese papers so as to serve domestic clinical and scientific researchers.
