摘要
目的观察老年心律失常患者植入无导线心脏起搏器的近期疗效。方法连续入选2023年1月-2024年5月收住滇东北区域中心医院确诊缓慢性心律失常接受无导线心脏起搏器植入的5例患者[男2例、女3例,最小年龄76岁、最大年龄93岁、平均年龄(81±6.89)岁],其中病窦综合征2例、房室传导阻滞3例。采集患者基线资料,标准方法完成无导线起搏器植入,随访3月记录病情变化、生活质量、动态优化起搏系统、调整药物。结果5例患者症状明显改善,住院时间缩短、无手术相关并发症、起搏阈值、阻抗、感知均良好,起搏器工作正常,生活质量明显改善。结论无导线心脏起搏器应用于缓慢性心律失常高龄患者高效、安全。
Objective To observe the short-term efficacy of leadless cardiac pacemaker implantation in elderly patients with arrhythmia.Methods Five patients(2 males and 3 females,with the youngest age of 76 years old,the oldest of 93 years old,and an average age of(81±6.89)years old)who were diagnosed with bradyarrhythmia and received leadless cardiac pacemaker implantation at the Northeast Yunnan Regional Central Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were consecutively selected,including two cases of sick sinus syndrome and three cases of atrioventricular block.Baseline data of patients were collected,leadless pacemaker implantation was completed by standard methods,and patients were followed-up for three months to record changes,quality of life,dynamic optimization of the pacemaker system,and drug adjustment.Results The symptoms of five patients were significantly improved,the hospital stay was shortened,there were no surgery-related complications,the pacing threshold,impedance and perception were all good,the pacemakers worked normally,and the quality of life was significantly improved.Conclusions Leadless cardiac pacemaker is efficient and safe for elderly patients with bradyarrhythmia.
