基于快速检验模式的元器件质量保证流程优化研究

摘要 在大规模生产背景下,设备对元器件的质量、成本与进度提出了更高要求,同时面对国产元器件大批量上装的迫切需求,亟需对现有元器件质量保证流程进行优化。针对传统质保流程中存在的冗余环节与重复筛选问题,在分析传统质保流程的基础上,统筹融合出厂筛选、质量一致性检验、破坏性物理分析与补充筛选等技术内容,设计了“一次质保、直接交付”快速检验模式。该模式实现了各质量管控环节的结果互认与数据共享,构建了具备弹性、高效性、一致性及可追溯性的敏捷供应链运行机制。实践表明,基于快速检验模式的元器件质量保证流程在确保可靠性的前提下,能够更高效地完成质保任务,有力支撑国产元器件的上装应用。 Under the background of large-scale production,equipment has put forward higher requirements for the quality,cost and progress of components.At the same time,in the face of the urgent need for large-scale installation of domestic components,it is imperative to optimize the existing quality assurance process for components.In response to the redundant links and repetitive screening issues existing in the traditional quality assurance process,based on the analysis of the traditional quality assurance process,a rapid inspection model of“one-time quality assurance and direct delivery”was designed by integrating and coordinating technical contents such as factory screening,quality consistency inspection,destructive physical analysis and supplementary screening.This model has achieved mutual recognition of results and data sharing among various quality control links,and has established an agile supply chain operation mechanism that is flexible,efficient,consistent and traceable.Practice has shown that the component quality assurance process based on the rapid inspection mode can complete the quality assurance tasks more efficiently while ensuring reliability,and strongly support the assembly application of domestic components.
