蓝藻腐解过程中溶解性有机质结构特征变化及水化学过程的影响研究

Study on Changes in Structural Characteristics of Dissolved Organic M atter during Cyanobacterial Decomposition and Their Influence on Hydrochemical Processes

摘要 研究设计了超纯水模拟体系进行蓝藻腐解实验,结合三维荧光光谱(EEMs)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)和平行因子分析(EEM-PARAFAC),探究蓝藻腐解过程中溶解性有机质(DOM)的动态变化特征。实验设置低、中、高3种浓度组藻水体系,监测溶解氧(DO)、氧化还原电位(ORP)、pH和溶解性总有机碳(DOC)等理化指标,并分析DOM的组分、来源及腐殖化特性。结果表明:蓝藻腐解初期,类蛋白质组分(以类色氨酸为主)快速释放,DOC浓度显著升高;随着腐解进行,微生物活动主导DOM降解,类腐殖质组分占比增加;腐解后期,微生物活性减弱,类蛋白质组分占比回升。三维荧光光谱参数(FI、HIX、BIX)显示DOM以自生源微生物活动为主,腐殖化程度较弱;紫外光谱参数(SUVA_(254)、URI、E3/E4)表明腐解前期芳香性物质增多,后期逐步降解为小分子富里酸。Spearman相关性分析表明,蓝藻腐解过程中DO、pH和ORP与类色氨酸组分C1显著相关,DOC与C1组分呈显著正相关。研究揭示了蓝藻腐解DOM的释放规律及转化机制,可为理解富营养化湖泊藻源性DOM的变化特征及水环境治理提供参考。 This study conducted a blue-green algae decomposition experiment using a pure water simulation system,employing three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy(EEMs),UV-visible absorption spectroscopy(UV-vis),and parallel factor analysis(EEM-PARAFAC)to investigate the dynamic changes in dissolved organic matter(DOM)during the decomposition of blue-green algae and its environmental impacts.The experiment investigated three concentration groups(low,medium,and high)by monitoring physicochemical indicators such as dissolved oxygen(DO),redox potential(ORP),pH,and total dissolved organic carbon(DOC).Factors such as the composition,sources,and humification characteristics of DOM were analyzed.The results showed that in the early stages of blue-green algae decomposition,protein-like components(primarily tryptophan-like)were rapidly r eleased,leading to a significant increase in DOC concentration.As decomposition progressed,microbial activity dominated the degradation of DOM,increasing the proportion of humic-like components.In the later stages of d ecomposition,microbial activity decreased,and the proportion of protein-like components increased again.EEM parameters(FI,HIX,BIX)indicated that DOM was primarily derived from autotrophic microbial activities,with a weak degree of humification.UV-spectroscopic parameters(SUVA_(254),URI,E3/E4)showed an increase in aromatic substances in the early stages of decomposition,which gradually degraded into small molecules of fulvic acid in the later stages.Spearman correlation analysis revealed that DO,pH,and ORP were significantly correlated with tryptophan-like components C1 during the decomposition of blue-green algae,and DOC was significantly positively correlated with component C1.This study elucidated the release patterns and transformation mechanisms of DOM during the decomposition of blue-green algae,providing valuable insights for understanding the changes in a lgal-derived DOM in eutrophic lakes and for water environment management.
