摘要
本研究以江苏省某高职医学院校122名科研人员为调查对象,实证分析了其科研成果转化的现状与制约因素。研究发现,该校成果“纸面化”现象突出,转化率极低且对地方贡献有限。其核心制约因素构成一个系统性问题,包括成果与市场脱节、转化机制缺失、科研管理低效及科研生态薄弱。基于此,研究提出系统性优化路径:构建需求导向的科研选题机制;引入专业团队深化校企协同,形成“需求—研发—应用”闭环;实施科研管理改革,优化激励与团队机制;并营造良性科研生态以激活内生动力。本研究为破解此类院校的成果转化瓶颈提供了实证依据与解决方案。
This study surveyed 122 researchers from a vocational medical college in Jiangsu Province,and empirically analyzed the current situation and limiting factors of their research achievements transformation.Research has found that the phenomena of“paper-based”achievements are prominent at this medical college,with extremely low conversion rates and limited contributions to the local community.The core constraining factors constitute a systemic problem,including the disconnect between achievements and the market,the lack of transformation mechanisms,inefficient scientific research management,and weak scientific research ecology.Based on this,a systematic optimization path is proposed:constructing a demand-oriented research topic selection mechanism;introducing professional teams to deepen school-enterprise collaboration and form a closed loop of“demand-research and development-application”;implementing scientific research management reform to optimize incentives and team mechanisms;creating a benign scientific research ecosystem to activate endogenous power.This study provides empirical evidence and solutions for overcoming the bottleneck of achievement transformation in such universities.
