基于BIM+GIS集成模型的高层建筑边缘轮廓缺陷检测

摘要 由于高层建筑边缘墙体的配筋齿槽承载力有限,获取长时间序列的沉降信息难度较高,导致边缘墙体轮廓缺陷点检测的标定精度较低,以及检测准确度较低.为此,提出基于建筑信息模型和地理信息系统(BIM+GIS)集成模型的高层建筑边缘轮廓缺陷检测方法.通过高层建筑边缘墙体轮廓的点云数据扫描,基于运动恢复结构算法获取点云数据网格编号,构建BIM+GIS集成模型,结合点云数据网格编号,将其与BIM+GIS集成模型的对应编号配准,求解位置变换参数以最小化配准误差,计算点云数据与BIM+GIS集成模型之间的比值和损伤程度指标,检测高层建筑边缘墙体轮廓缺陷.实验表明,该方法能够准确检测高层建筑边缘墙体轮廓缺陷并标定缺陷点,误差均方根为0.0635,标定精度较好,且检测出的缺陷面积与实际缺陷面积完全一致,进一步验证了检测方法的精度. Due to the limited load-bearing capacity of the reinforcement teeth on the edge walls of high-rise buildings,it is difficult to obtain long-term settlement information,resulting in low calibration accuracy and detection accuracy of edge wall contour defect points.Therefore,a high-rise building edge contour defect detection method based on BIM+GIS integrated model is proposed.By scanning the point cloud data of the edge wall contour of high-rise buildings,the point cloud data grid number is obtained based on the motion recovery structure algorithm,and a BIM+GIS integrated model is constructed.Combined with the point cloud data grid number which is registered with the corresponding number of the BIM+GIS integrated model,the position transformation parameters are solved to minimize the registration error.The ratio and damage degree index between the point cloud data and the BIM+GIS integrated model are calculated to detect defects in the edge wall contour of high-rise buildings.The experiment shows that this method can accurately detect the contour defects of the edge walls of high-rise buildings and calibrate the defect points,with a root mean square error of 0.0635.The calibration accuracy is good,and the detected defect area is completely consistent with the actual defect area,further verifying the accuracy of the detection method.
