海洋环境下在役核电厂联合泵房耐久性研究

摘要 核电厂联合泵房结构形式复杂且长期处于海水浸泡环境,为评估氯离子侵蚀对钢筋混凝土耐久性影响,选择具有代表性的区域进行耐久性现场检测。依据扩散方程和结构可靠度理论,建立联合泵房耐久性随机过程可靠度预测模型。基于广东省某在役核电厂联合泵房实测数据,将建立的模型和规范模型进行对比讨论,结果表明随机变量可靠度模型的物理意义明确,符合实际工况,耐久性预测结果更保守。同时鼓网主轴承间耐久性相对薄弱,预防性检查可重点关注该区域。建立的适用于核电厂联合泵房耐久性检测与评估方法具有工程指导意义。 The structural configuration of nuclear power plant pump houses is complex,and these structures are subject to long-term immersion in seawater.To assess the impact of chloride ion erosion on the durability of reinforced concrete,representative zones were selected for in-situ durability testing.A reliability prediction model for the durability stochastic process of the pump house was developed based on the diffusion equation and structural reliability theory.Using field data from a specific in-service nuclear power plant pump house in Guangdong Province,the proposed model was validated against a standard model.The results demonstrate that the stochastic reliability model provides durability predictions with clear physical interpretation,aligns well with actual service conditions,and yields more conservative estimates,thus offering a valuable reference for durability assessment.Furthermore,the durability between the main bearings of the drum screen was identified as relatively vulnerable,suggesting that preventive inspections should prioritize this area.The established durability testing and evaluation methodology for nuclear power plant pump houses holds significant guidance value for engineering practice.
