标准化技术类课程思政“制度-心理”协同机制研究——基于高职包装专业的实证分析

摘要 本研究以高职包装策划与设计专业标准化技术与法规课程为载体,引入“制度-心理”协同视角,整合相关理论构建模型,并进行实证分析。采用问卷调查与统计建模结合的方法,基于已有量表构建评估体系,以某高职院校54名学生为样本进行数据分析。结果显示,课程思政成效显著,价值观塑造与制度认知维度表现突出;群体差异方面,学业自评高、学习主动性强、职业规划相关性高的学生思政效果更优;影响机制上,教学方式、价值观塑造及学习主动性共解释83.8%的学习成效变异,“制度输入→心理认同→行为成效”核心路径明确,价值观塑造中介效应占比60.33%。实践启示包括优化教学方式、激发学习主动性、构建三维评估体系。 Taking the course The Standardization Technology and Regulations for the Packaging Planning and Design major in higher vocational colleges as the carrier,this study introduces the“institutionpsychology”collaborative perspective,integrates relevant theories to construct a model,and conducts an empirical analysis.A combination of questionnaire survey and statistical modeling was adopted:an evaluation system was built based on existing scales,and data analysis was carried out on a sample of 54 students from a higher vocational college.The results show that the ideological and political education in the course has achieved remarkable effects,with outstanding performance in the dimensions of values shaping and institutional cognition.In terms of group differences,students with higher self-evaluated academic performance,stronger learning initiative,and higher relevance to career planning showed better ideological and political education effects.Regarding the influence mechanism,teaching methods,values shaping,and learning initiative together explain 83.8%of the variation in learning effectiveness;the core path of“institutional input→psychological identification→behavioral effectiveness”is clear,and the mediating effect of values shaping accounts for 60.33%.Practical implications include optimizing teaching methods,stimulating learning initiative,and constructing a three-dimensional evaluation system.
