Sliding Mode Control of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor with Improved Novel Convergence Law

摘要 针对永磁同步电机矢量控制系统中传统控制策略存在超调量大,抗干扰能力差等缺点,提出了一种新型非奇异终端积分滑模速度控制和状态观测器相结合的复合控制策略。首先,设计了具有抗饱和积分的非奇异终端积分滑模面和自适应调节的趋近律,并设计可在零点处平滑过渡的非线性函数从而抑制扰动;同时设计扩张状态观测器实时观测系统的负载扰动,并将估计值对控制器进行补偿。实验结果表明:该复合控制策略能有效提高系统的响应能力和鲁棒性。 Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional control strategy in the vector control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,such as large overshooting and poor anti-interference ability,a new composite control strategy combining the non-singular integral terminal sliding mode speed control and state observer is proposed.Firstly,a non-singular terminal integral sliding mode surface with anti-saturation integration and a convergence law for adaptive regulation are designed,and a nonlinear function with smooth transition at zero point is designed to suppress the disturbance;meanwhile,a state observer is designed to expand to observe the load disturbance of the system in real time,and the estimated value is feed-forward compensated to the controller.The experimental results show that the composite control strategy can effectively improve the responsiveness and robustness of the system.
