摘要
文章探究生驼乳中硫氰酸钠含量偏高原因,以为制定特色乳中硫氰酸钠风险管控方法提供依据。测定了内蒙古阿拉善地区13个散养奶户的45份生驼乳样品中硫氰酸钠含量水平,排查硫氰酸钠偏高原因,制定控制措施并进行验证。结果表明,生驼乳样品中硫氰酸钠含量为2.150~22.260 mg/kg,平均值为12.400 mg/kg,中位值为13.790 mg/kg。通过对奶户的养殖方式、喂养饲料、牲畜饮用水等环节进行排查分析,发现饲料中胡麻油渣硫氰酸钠和异硫氰酸酯含量较高,检测值分别为未检出~22.7 mg/kg和未检出~127 mg/kg,分析生驼乳中硫氰酸钠含量偏高主要原因是胡麻油渣带入。随即调整饲料成分、停止胡麻油渣饲料喂养,经过代谢周期后,生驼乳中硫氰酸钠含量水平显著降低。
This article study aims to explore the reasons for the high sodium thiocyanate content in raw camel milk,in order to provide a basis for formulating risk control methods for characteristic milk products.The sodium thiocyanate content levels of 45 raw camel milk samples from 13 scattered camel milk farmers in Alashan,Inner Mongolia were determined.It investigates the reasons for the high sodium thiocyanate content,formulates control measures,and conducts verification.The results show,the range of sodium thiocyanate was 2.15-22.26 mg/kg,the mean value was 12.40 mg/kg,and the median value was 13.79 mg/kg.Through the investigation and analysis of the breeding methods,feeding,livestock drinking water and other aspects,it was found that the content of sodium thiocyanate and isothiocyanate in the flax oil residue of the feed was high,with detection values of ND(Not Detected)-22.7 mg/kg and ND(Not Detected)-127 mg/kg,respectively.This suggests that the primary reason for the high sodium thiocyanate content in raw camel milk was the flax oil residue in the feed.The content of sodium thiocyanate in raw camel milk decreased significantly after the replacement feeding cycle,which provided a basis for risk control and quality safety standard formulation of sodium thiocyanate in characteristic milk.
