摘要
通过“黑匣子”实验测得的数据,利用顺序函数法反演钢板表面热流,得到了热处理炉的总括热吸收率沿炉长方向的变化关系。并基于求得的总括热吸收率结合传热学原理,建立了南钢6号辊底式热处理炉的钢板温度预报模型,并对建立的模型精度进行验证,模型预测值与实测温度最大温差为13.34℃,模型计算的平均相对误差为0.92%。结果表明,该模型能够用来预测钢板的温度场,对实际生产有一定指导作用。
Based on the measured data of"black box"experiment,the heat flux on the surface of steel plate was calculated by using the sequential function method,and the variation law of total heat exchange factor and furnace length of heat treatment furnace was obtained.According to the total heat exchange factor and heat transfer principle,the prediction model of steel plate temperature in No.6 heat treatment furnace of Nangang was established.The prediction results show that the maximum temperature difference between the predicted value of the model and the measured temperature is 13.34℃,and the average relative error of the model calculation is 0.92%.The results show that the model can be used to predict the temperature field of the steel plate,and it has a certain guiding role in actual production.
