摘要
以‘白沙蜜’甜瓜种子为试材,采用不同浓度的维生素C溶液和芸苔素内酯(Brassinolide,BR)溶液对甜瓜种子进行浸种处理,研究维生素C溶液和芸苔素内酯溶液浸种处理对甜瓜种子萌发及幼苗生长的调控效应。结果表明:100 mg·L^(-1)浓度的维生素C和0.1 mg·L^(-1)浓度的芸苔素内酯溶液均能显著提高甜瓜种子发芽率和发芽势,且维生素C对甜瓜种子发芽率的提高较为显著,BR对甜瓜幼苗根长生长的促进作用显著,其中最优的发芽率处理为T1处理,较对照CK种子发芽率提高114.59%,种子发芽指数提高109.78%,种子活力指数提高128.91%;最优的根长处理为T3处理,较对照CK提高21.90%;最优的苗长处理为T2处理,较对照CK增加17.63%。该研究表明适宜浓度的维生素C和BR溶液可提高甜瓜种子萌发率,促进幼苗生长,为甜瓜高效生产提供依据。
Using'Baisha Honey'melon seeds as test materials,different concentrations of vitamin C solution and brassinolide(BR)solution were used to soak melon seeds,and the regulatory effects of vitamin C solution and brassinolide solution soaking on melon seed germination and seedling growth were studied.The results showed that both 100 mg·L^(-1) concentration of vitamin C and 0.1 mg·L^(-1) concentration of brassinolide solution could significantly improve the germination rate and germination potential of melon seeds.Vitamin C had a more significant effect on the germination rate of melon seeds,while BR had a significant promoting effect on the root growth of melon seedlings.The optimal germination rate treatment was T1 treatment,which increased the germination rate by 114.59%,germination index by 109.78%,and germination vitality index by 128.91%compared to the control CK.The optimal root length treatment was T3 treatment,which increased by 21.90% compared to the control CK.The optimal seedling length treatment was T2 treatment,which increased by 17.63% compared to the control CK.This study indicates that a suitable concentration of vitamin C and BR solution can improve the germination rate of melon seeds,promote seedings growth,and provide a basis for efficient melon production.
