摘要
加快数字经济发展是落实科教兴国、人才强国战略的关键举措,对产业转型升级与创业生态优化具有重要支撑作用。本文基于全国地级市数字经济发展数据,重点考察数字经济对新企业进入的创业生态影响效应及作用机理。研究发现,数字经济对城市-行业层面新企业进入具有显著促进作用,机制检验表明,数字经济通过优化创业生态推动新企业进入,具体路径包括提升技术可及性、改善人才可得性、优化成本可达性。异质性分析显示,在数字基础设施较为完善、经济发展水平较高的地区,以及高数字化潜力行业中数字经济对创业活力的影响更为显著。研究结果为激发数字经济活力、加快形成新质生产力、推动经济高质量发展提供重要启示。
Accelerating the development of the digital economy is a key measure for implementing the strategies of invigorating China through science and education and strengthening the nation through human resources.It plays a vital supporting role inindustrial transformationand the optimization of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.Based onthe development data of the digital economy in prefecture-level cities across China,this paper focuses on examining the impact effect and mechanism of the digital economy on new firm entry.The findings reveal that the digital economy significantly promotes new firm entry at the city-industry level,effectively stimulating regional entrepreneurial vitality.Mechanism tests indicate that the digital economy fosters new firm entry by optimizing the entrepreneurial ecosystem,specifically through enhancing technological accessibility,improving talent availability,and optimizing cost affordability.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the entrepreneurial empowerment effect of the digital economy is stronger in regions with well-developed digital infrastructure and higher levels of economic development,as well as in industries with high digitalization potential.Furthermore,its promotional effect on entrepreneurship is more pronounced for firms surviving more than five years,non-individually-owned businesses,and non-state-owned enterprises.This paper reveals the core driving role of the digital economy in new firm entry,providing important insights for accelerating the formation of new quality productive forces and promoting high-quality development.
