Research on the Impact of Science and Technology Finance Policies on the Innovation Quality of Low-altitude-related Enterprises From the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

摘要立足新质生产力培育提速的战略窗口,科技金融政策聚焦“科技-产业”转化堵点攻坚,成为夯实低空经济等战略性新兴产业科技创新的金融基石。本文以2007~2024年229家低空经济板块相关上市企业为样本,运用双重差分法考察了科技金融政策对低空相关企业创新质量的影响。经验证据表明:科技金融政策显著提升了低空相关企业的创新质量,且主要通过提升企业研发效率和融资效率发挥上述政策效应。进一步分析显示,对于融资约束高和区域研发投入强度低的样本,科技金融政策对低空相关企业创新质量的提升效应更加明显。本文聚焦低空经济“科技-产业-金融”循环,丰富了科技金融政策微观经济后果、低空经济的金融支持等相关研究。 Focusing on the strategic window for accelerating the cultivation of new quality productivity,science and technology finance policies have targeted the bottlenecks in the science and technology-industry transformation for breakthroughs,becoming the financial cornerstone for strengthening scientific and technological innovation in strategic emerging industries such as low-altitude economy.This paper uses a sample of 229 listed companies related to the low-altitude economy sector from 2007 to 2024 and employs the difference-in-differences method to examine the impact of science and technology finance policies on the innovation quality of low-altitude-related enterprises.Empirical evidence shows that science and technology finance policies have significantly improved the innovation quality of low-altitude-related enterprises,mainly through enhancing the R&D efficiency and financing efficiency of enterprises.Further analysis reveals that for samples with high financing constraints and low regional R&D investment intensity,the effect of science and technology finance policies on improving the innovation quality of low-altitude-related enterprises is more pronounced.This paper focuses on the science and technology-industry-finance cycle of the low-altitude economy,enriching the research on the microeconomic consequences of science and technology finance policies and financial support for the low-altitude economy.
