摘要
教育家型乡村美术教师是乡村教师队伍中的领军人才,探究其日常生活的真实面貌,能够为其他乡村教师重拾日常生活之美树立良好典范,助推乡村教育走上高质量发展之路。通过对一位教育家型乡村美术教师的叙事研究发现,其日常生活之美在教育家精神的浸润下才得以生成,主要表现为三个阶段:回到乡村,日常生活之美在课堂中生根;走进乡村,日常生活之美在田野里发芽;重构乡村,日常生活之美在泥土上绽放。由此可以看出,教育家型乡村美术教师应具备教育教学新基本功;应回归日常生活,以此来明确自身职业成长的新路向;应承担乡村教育与社会振兴责任。
Educator-type rural art teachers are leading figures within the rural teaching workforce.Exploring the true nature of their daily lives can set an inspiring example for other rural teachers to rediscover the beauty of everyday life and promote the high-quality development of rural education.Through a narrative inquiry into the life of an educator-type rural art teacher,this study finds that the beauty of daily life is generated under the influence of the educator spirit,unfolding through three stages:returning to the countryside,where the beauty of daily life takes root in the classroom;engaging with the countryside,where it sprouts in the fields;and reconstructing the countryside,where it blossoms from the soil.These findings suggest that educator-type rural art teachers should cultivate new fundamental competencies in teaching and education,return to everyday life to redefine their paths of professional growth,and continue to uphold their responsibility for the revitalization of rural education and society.
