大型邮轮开敞区域风致气动噪声源试验与预报方法研究

Experimental Study and Prediction Methods for Wind-induced Aerodynamic Noise Sources in Open Areas of Large Cruise Ships

摘要 针对邮轮顶层露天甲板开敞区域的风致气动噪声,开展了“爱达·魔都”号与其母型Vista级邮轮的整船气动声学风洞试验,验证了基于RANS的宽频带噪声源的准确性,在全船稳态计算基础上,采用基于大涡模拟的子域赋值法分析局部开敞区域气动噪声源瞬态特性。两型邮轮高声压区均集中在首部舷侧转角及烟囱侧后部位,“爱达·魔都”号声源幅值大于Vista级邮轮,且差值随风速增加而扩大。偶极子与四极子声源分别对应于压力梯度变化显著区域和流动分离区域,且涡量密集区与高声压区存在明显的空间对应关系。通过研究构建了从整船气动噪声源识别到局部区域精细化计算的方法,为大型邮轮舒适性设计提供了技术支撑。 The open areas on the top deck of a cruise ship are susceptible to wind-induced aerodynamic noise,which significantly impacts passenger comfort.To address this issue,comparative aerodynamic wind tunnel tests were conducted between the"Adora Magic City"and its parent vessel,a Vista-class cruise ship.The accuracy of RANS-based broadband noise source prediction method was validated experimentally.Based on whole-ship steady-state results,a subdomain assignment method combined with large eddy simulation was employed to analyze the transient characteristics of local aerodynamic noise sources in open areas.The results indicate that high sound pressure zones on both ships are concentrated at the bow side corners and near the lateral and rear positions of the chimney.The"Adora Magic City"exhibits higher sound source amplitudes than the Vista-class ship,and this disparity increases with wind speed.Furthermore,dipole sound sources correspond to regions with significant pressure gradient changes,while quadrupole sources align with flow separation zones.A clear spatial correlation is observed between vortex-intensive areas and high sound pressure regions.This study establishes a systematic research methodology,ranging from whole-ship aerodynamic noise source identification to refined local area calculations,providing valuable technical support for improving comfort in large cruise ship design.
