摘要
随着航海事业的发展,长远航任务日益频繁。长远航特勤人员由于长期处于高温、高湿、高噪声的封闭环境中,同时承受着生理和心理上的双重高压,腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)发病率较高,不利于保障打赢及战斗力的提升。现代医学对该疾病的病理机制尚未完全阐明,传统医学基于其整体调节、辨证施治的治疗理念对其有独特的认识和丰富的治疗经验,在改善IBS-D症状、降低复发率、提高患者生活质量方面展现出显著优势。本文阐述了该部分群体IBS-D发病的相关影响因素,主要包括环境、饮食、心理等方面,重点介绍了近5年来中医在IBS-D治疗方面的最新研究进展,包括中医适宜技术中中药、针灸、推拿、穴位贴敷、耳穴压豆等疗法的应用及优势,旨在为临床防治提供更为有效的策略方法。
With the development of the maritime industry,long-distance voyages have become increasingly frequent.Due to being in a closed environment with high temperature,high humidity and high noise for a long time,the special service personnel of long-distance voyaging are under dual high pressure both physically and psychologically.As a result,the incidence of diarrheal irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)is relatively high,which is not conducive to ensuring victory and enhancing combat effectiveness.Modern medicine has not yet fully clarified the pathological mechanism of this disease.Traditional medicine,based on its therapeutic concept of overall regulation and syndrome differentiation and treatment,has a unique understanding and rich therapeutic experience of it,and has shown significant advantages in improving IBS-D symptoms,reducing the recurrence rate,and improving the quality of life of patients.This article expounds the related influencing factors of IBS-D incidence in this group,mainly including aspects such as environment,diet,and psychology.It focuses on introducing the latest research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of IBS-D in the past five years,including the application and advantages of appropriate traditional Chinese medicine techniques such as Chinese herbal medicine,acupuncture,massage,acupoint application,and auricular point pressing.It aims to provide more effective strategies and approaches for clinical prevention and treatment.
