摘要
恶性肿瘤是威胁全球人类生命健康,影响人类生存质量的重大疾病之一。恶性肿瘤的治疗一直是医学需要攻克的重点问题。中医药历经几千年传承,作为中国特色传统的医疗体系和理论知识,在肿瘤的治疗上具有极大的潜力。芒柄花素是从传统中药黄芪、甘草等提取出的有效活性成分,近年来在抗肿瘤方面因其低毒、高效的药理特性而被广泛研究,但目前对其抗肿瘤药理作用及机制的系统性总结与分析并不明确。本文对芒柄花素在不同类型肿瘤中的抗肿瘤机制进行综述,其作用机制包括诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、阻滞细胞周期、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、转移和血管生成等,涉及乳腺癌、宫颈癌、卵巢癌、胃癌、鼻咽癌、前列腺癌和结直肠癌等多种肿瘤类型,旨在为芒柄花素作为抗肿瘤药物的基础研发与临床应用提供研究思路和理论依据。
Malignant tumors have always been one of the major diseases that threaten the life and health of human beings worldwide and affect the quality of life.The treatment of malignant tumors has always been a key problem to be solved in medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been inherited for thousands of years.As a traditional medical system and the theoretical knowledge with Chinese characteristics,TCM demonstrates great potential in the treatment of tumors.Formononetin,an active ingredient extracted from Chinese herbal medicines such as Huangqi(黄芪)and Gancao(甘草),has been widely studied in the treatment of tumors because of the low toxin and high efficacy.However,the anti-tumor effects and mechanisms of formononetin remain to be studied.This paper summarizes the mechanisms underlying the inhibitory effects of formononetin on different tumors,including inducing the apoptosis,blocking the cell cycle,and inhibiting the proliferation,metastasis,and angiogenesis of tumor cells,involving breast cancer,cervical cancer,ovarian cancer,gastric cancer,nasopharyngeal cancer,prostate cancer,and colorectal cancer.This review is expected to provide research ideas and a theoretical basis for the basic research and clinical application of formononetin as an anti-tumor drug.
