摘要
利用近红外仪的光谱处理软件,研究化妆品乳膏中氯倍他索丙酸酯、特比萘芬、咪康唑光谱图与含量参考值的关联性,得到了各组分的定量分析模型。结果表明建立定量分析模型的决定系数(R^(2))分别为98.20%、93.75%、95.64%,内部交叉验证均方差(RMSECV)分别为0.029、0.140、0.153,配对t-检验P值分别为0.403、0.806、0.692,建立的模型能较准确地测定乳膏中3种成分含量。
The correlations between the spectra of clobetasopropionate,terbinafine,and miconazole in cosmetic creams and their reference values were studied using near-infrared spectroscopy software.A quantitative analysis model for each component was obtained,and the results showed that the determination coefficients(R^(2))of the established quantitative analysis model were 98.20%,93.75%,and 95.64%,respectively.The internal cross validation mean square deviations(RMSECV)were 0.029,0.140,and 0.153,respectively.And the paired t-test P values were 0.403,0.806,and 0.692,respectively.The established model can accurately determine the contents of the 3 components in the cream.
