摘要
采用体外试验探讨黄芩提取物的舒缓与控油、抑菌功效。以透明质酸酶与MPX斑马鱼中性粒细胞的抑制效果评估黄芩的舒缓功效,对人皮脂腺细胞(SZ95)油脂分泌与痤疮丙酸杆菌的抑制效果评价黄芩的控油和抑菌作用。结果表明,黄芩提取物能够显著抑制透明质酸酶活性与MPX斑马鱼中性粒细胞聚集;也能显著抑制SZ95分泌油脂、抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌生长进而达到控油、抑菌效果(P<0.05)。综上,黄芩提取物有舒缓、控油的功效及一定的祛痘效果,具备成为解决油性敏感皮肤敏感、油脂旺盛问题的化妆品原料的潜力。
In vitro experiments were conducted to explore the soothing,oil-control and antibacterial effects of Scutellaria baicalensis extract.The inhibitory effects of Scutellaria baicalensis extract on hyaluronidase activity and the aggregation of neutrophils in MPX zebrafish were studied to evaluate its soothing effect.The inhibitory effects on oil secretion by sebaceous cells(SZ95)and the growth of Propionibacterium acnes were studied to evaluate the oil-control and antibacterial effects of Scutellaria baicalensis.The results showed that Scutellaria baicalensis extract could significantly inhibit hyaluronidase activity and the aggregation of neutrophils in MPX zebrafish.It could also significantly reduce the oil secretion by SZ95 and inhibit the growth of Propionibacterium acnes,thereby achieving oil-control and antibacterial effects(P<0.05).In summary,Scutellaria baicalensis extract has the potential to become a cosmetic ingredient to solve the problems of sensitivity and excessive sebum production in oil-sensitive skin due to its soothing and oil-control effects and a certain tendency to eliminate acne.
