皮肤氧化损伤途径及皮肤抗氧化屏障系统 被引量:1

摘要 很多皮肤不适症状的产生均与外界环境因素如光照、污染物、化妆品刺激成分等有直接关系,其引发产生的活性氧(ROS)是诱发皮肤损伤的起始信号。总结了由ROS引发的氧化应激反应通过酶损伤、细胞结构损伤、炎症性反应等损伤皮肤的多条途径,以及氧化损伤引起的皮肤衰老、敏感、暗沉等症状。重点介绍了皮肤自身抗氧化屏障系统的特点及其抗氧化作用机制,并提出维持和增强皮肤自身抗氧化屏障系统,以及强化皮肤角质层外层抗氧化防护的护肤策略。 Many skin discomfort symptoms are directly related to external environmental factors such as sunlight,pollutants,and irritating ingredients in cosmetics.These factors generate reactive oxygen species(ROS),which serve as the initial signal triggering skin damage.The multiple pathways through which ROS-induced oxidative stress damaged the skin,including enzyme damage,cellular structural damage,and inflammatory responses,as well as the skin ageing,sensitivity,and dullness symptoms resulting from oxidative damage were summarized in this paper.The characteristics and antioxidant mechanisms of the skin's own antioxidant barrier system were highlighted,and strategies for maintaining and enhancing the skin's antioxidant barrier system,as well as antioxidant protection of the outer layer of the skin's stratum corneum,were proposed.
