摘要
文章从技术、管理、伦理三重维度分析照片档案真实性维护的核心挑战:技术层面存在算法黑箱性与检测滞后性矛盾,管理层面呈现制度缺位与标准碎片化困境,伦理层面面临隐私权与知情权冲突。提出构建基于区块链的分布式认证系统、动态化管理制度体系与多方协同伦理框架的应对路径,为数字记忆保存提供理论参考。
This paper analyzes the core challenges of maintaining the authenticity of photo archives from three dimensions:technology,management,and ethics.Technically,there is a contradiction between the black-box nature of algorithms and the lag in detection.In terms of management,there is a dilemma of institutional absence and fragmented standards.Ethically,there is a conflict between the right of privacy and the right of knowledge.This paper proposes response paths including constructing a block chain-based distributed authentication system,a dynamic management system,and a multi-party collaborative ethical framework,providing theoretical references for the preservation of digital memories.
