基于分级温度补偿的空调室内温度控制研究与应用

摘要 针对分体式空调现有的温度补偿方案导致房间温度偏差大的问题,本文通过实验方法研究了原温度补偿方案下不同风挡和导风板角度对温度偏差的影响规律,进而提出优化的分级温度补偿方案。测试结果表明,制冷/制热工况下优化后温度偏差改善70%以上,为空调精准控温提供了工程化的解决方案。提高控温精度的同时,避免过度制冷/制热,减少无效能耗和提升舒适性。 In order to solve the problem of large room temperature deviation caused by the existing temperature compensation scheme of split air conditioner,this paper studies the influence of different windshield and wind deflector angles on the temperature deviation under the original temperature compensation scheme through experimental methods,and then proposes an optimized graded temperature compensation scheme.The test results show that the optimized temperature deviation is improved by more than 70%under the cooling/heating condition,which provides an engineering solution for the precise temperature control of the air conditioner.While improving the accuracy of temperature control,it avoids excessive cooling/heating,reduces ineffective energy consumption and improves comfort.
