摘要
为了进一步研究普通轨道交通车辆空调机组产生的冷凝水的处理方式和再回收利用的问题,以普通轨道交通车辆的空调系统为研究对象,介绍了空调机组冷凝水的两种不同的排放方式,基于普通轨道交通车辆平台的空调系统在焓湿曲线上的表示,采用最大温差送风法表示空调系统的送风方式,依据轨道交通行业相关的标准,确定了空调机组冷凝水生成量的计算公式。在车辆的实际运行过程中,冷凝水生成量并不是一成不变的,其多少会受到载客量以及室内外空气状态参数的影响。通过计算在不同参数下的空调机组冷凝水生成量,分析了影响冷凝水生成量的主要因素,并研究其发展的规律。研究结果表明:对普通轨道交通车辆的空调系统而言,车辆的载客量和室内外的相对湿度是影响冷凝水生成量的主要因素。研究结果为进一步对普通轨道交通车辆产生的冷凝水的处理和再回收利用提供参考。
To further investigate the treatment and recycling of condensate water generated by air conditioning units in rail transit vehicles,this study focuses on the air conditioning system of conventional rail transit vehicles.The paper outlines two condensate drainage methods for the air conditioning system.Subsequently,the system's performance is depicted on a psychrometric chart,employing the maximum temperature difference method to define the air supply strategy,and finally,a formula for calculating the amount of condensate generated is derived in accordance with relevant rail transit industry standards.During actual vehicle operation,the amount of condensate water is not constant but is influenced by passenger load and indoor/outdoor air parameters.By calculating the generation amount under different conditions,the main influencing factors are analyzed,and the underlying patterns are investigated.The results indicate that passenger load and indoor/outdoor relative humidity are the primary factors affecting condensate water generation in conventional rail transit air conditioning systems.These findings provide a valuable reference for the subsequent treatment and recycling of condensate water in conventional rail transit vehicles.
