摘要
随着煤炭深部开采业务及技术的迅猛发展,矿井高温热害治理已成为矿井深部开采的关键,但矿井制冷设备试验系统以及检测标准尚未完善。本文针对矿井制冷设备的检测方法及试验装置进行分析,提出分段式焓差法,解决多系统矿井制冷设备在实验室内模拟高湿热条件的试验检测问题。试验结果表明:第一段主侧换热量为617.06 kW,第二段主侧换热量为517.58 kW,总制冷量为1134.64 kW,可以评价多系统矿井制冷设备的性能结果。经过采样段均流后的风速整体分布在6~8 m/s之间,分布均匀。本试验系统方案、检测方法还可应用于常规风冷空调试验系统的改造,减少实验成本。
With the rapid development of deep coal mining operations and technologies,research on mine high temperature heat hazard control has become a key issue in deep mining.However,the testing systems and standards for mine refrigeration equipment remain incomplete.This paper analyzes the testing methods and test devices for mine refrigeration equipment,and proposes a segmented enthalpy difference method to solve the challenge of simulating high humidity and high temperature conditions for multi-system mine refrigeration equipment in laboratory settings.The test results show that the cooling capacity in the first section is 617.06 kW,the cooling capacity in the second section is 517.58 kW,and the total cooling capacity is 1134.64 kW,enabling the evaluation of the performance of multi-system mine refrigeration equipment.After uniform flow sampling,the air velocity is generally distributed between 6 m/s and 8 m/s,with good uniformity.The proposed test system scheme and testing method can be applied to the retrofitting of conventional air-cooled air conditioning test systems,reducing experimental costs.
