分体式空气调节器传导骚扰电流测试技术研究

摘要 本文以分体式空气调节器为研究对象,探讨CISPR 14-1:2020新增的电流探头法(CP)传导骚扰测试中存在的“将所有引线与制冷剂管共同夹入探头”与“仅夹引线”两种测试方案的测试结果是否存在显著差异,以及分体式空气调节器中室内机与室外机哪个为受试设备(EUT)两大关键问题。通过比对随机选取的多台分体式空气调节器在两种测试方案情形下的测试结果,建议将所有引线和所有制冷剂管夹在一起进行传导骚扰电流测试;通过比对随机选取的多台分体式空气调节器分别在室内机侧与室外机侧的测试结果,建议在室内机侧距受试端口30 cm处布置电流探头进行测试,从而提升分体式空气调节器CP传导骚扰测试结果的复现性。 This paper takes split air conditioners as the research object and explores two key issues in the current probe(CP)conducted disturbance test newly added in CISPR 14-1:2020,whether there is a significant difference in the test results between the two test schemes of‘clamping all leads and refrigerant tubes together into the probe’and‘clamping only the leads’,and which part of the split air conditioner,the indoor unit or the outdoor unit,should be the equipment under test(EUT).By comparing the test results of multiple randomly selected split air conditioners under the two test schemes,it is suggested that all leads and all refrigerant tubes should be clamped together for the conducted disturbance current test.By comparing the test results of multiple randomly selected split air conditioners on the indoor unit side and the outdoor unit side,it is suggested that the current probe should be placed 30 cm away from the test port on the indoor unit side for the test.Thus,the reproducibility of the CP conducted disturbance test results of split air conditioners can be improved.
