摘要
电缆束注入传导敏感度作为电磁兼容测试中的测试项目之一,具有非常重要的作用。针对目前测试标准中未说明该测试项目2~4 kHz测试频段及监测探头转移阻抗测量方法的现状,本文提出了一种监测探头转移阻抗的测量方法。首先根据监测探头的校准等效电路,对测试过程中用到的监测探头转移阻抗进行理论分析,得到转移阻抗求解公式;其次通过试验测量同轴线上电压V_(1)及监测探头输出电压V_(2),从而计算得出监测探头转移阻抗值。试验结果表明,该方法适用于2~4 kHz频段监测探头转移阻抗的测量,且为该测试项目提供了一定的参考价值。
As one of the test items in the electromagnetic compatibility test,the conduction sensitivity of cable bundle injection plays a very important role.In view of the fact that the existing test standards do not explain the measurement method of the 2~4 kHz test band and the transfer impedance of the monitoring probe,a measurement method for monitoring the transfer impedance of the probe is proposed.Firstly,according to the calibration equivalent circuit of the monitoring probe,the transfer impedance of the monitoring probe used in the test process is analyzed theoretically,and the transfer impedance solution formula is obtained.Secondly,the voltage V_(1) on the coaxial line and the output voltage V_(2) of the monitoring probe are measured through the test,so that the transfer impedance value of the monitoring probe is calculated.The test results show that the method is suitable for the transfer impedance measurement of the monitoring probe in the 2~4 kHz band of the test item,and provides certain reference value for this test item.
