摘要
针对水力发电设备运维过程中故障识别精度不足、预警时效性差的技术难题,提出一种基于声音监测的水力发电设备运维方法。该方法通过声学信号采集与处理、设备异常状态识别和智能化诊断预警维护决策体系3个技术模块,实现对水力发电设备的智能化运维管控。试验结果表明,该方法在故障识别准确率、预警响应时效等核心指标上均显著优于传统运维方法。
Aiming at the technical problems of insufficient fault identification accuracy and poor early warning timeliness in the operation and maintenance of hydropower equipment,a method of operation and maintenance of hydropower equipment based on sound monitoring is proposed.This method realizes the intelligent operation and maintenance control of hydropower equipment through three technical modules:acoustic signal acquisition and processing,equipment abnormal state identification and intelligent diagnosis,early warning and maintenance decision system.The test results show that this method is significantly superior to the traditional operation and maintenance methods in core indicators such as the accuracy of fault identification and the timeliness of early warning response.
