摘要
提出一种基于声学信号分析的变压器运行噪声识别方法。系统研究噪声机理,阐述电磁噪声、机械噪声及冷却噪声的形成特征,介绍声学传感器布置优化、特征参数提取及判别模型构建的完整流程。结合实验平台,对不同工况下的噪声数据进行采集、预处理及识别结果验证。结果表明,所提方法能够实现多类噪声的有效区分,显著提高识别准确率,大幅缩短响应时延,验证了声学信号分析在变压器噪声监测与运行状态识别中的应用价值。
A method for identifying the operating noise of transformers based on acoustic signal analysis is proposed.The noise mechanism is systematically studied,and the formation characteristics of electromagnetic noise,mechanical noise,and cooling noise are elaborated.The complete process of optimizing the layout of acoustic sensors,extracting characteristic parameters,and constructing the discrimination model is introduced.Combined with the experimental platform,noise data under different operating conditions are collected,preprocessed,and the identification results are verified.The results show that the proposed method can effectively distinguish multiple types of noise,significantly improve the identification accuracy,and greatly shorten the response delay.This verifies the application value of acoustic signal analysis in transformer noise monitoring and operation status identification.
