摘要
为应对粉末涂料分散挤出机依赖人工经验调控参数、物料分散均匀性波动大的难题,文章从硬件改造、软件升级两个方面提出粉末涂料分散挤出机的智能化升级改造方案。试验数据表明,该方案在提升生产效率,降低能耗,优化产品性能方面具有显著优势,极具推广价值。
In order to address the challenges of relying on manual experience to control parameters and large fluctuations in material dispersion uniformity in powder coating dispersion extruders,this study proposes an intelligent upgrade plan for powder coating dispersion extruders from two aspects:hardware modification and software upgrade,based on an in-depth analysis of the main components of the powder coating dispersion extruder.The experimental data shows that this scheme has significant advantages in improving production efficiency,reducing energy consumption,and optimizing product performance,and has great promotional value.
