摘要
安全仪表系统依赖通信协议的可靠性与适应性。APL双线以太网遵循IEEE802.3cg标准,在传输距离、防爆性、带宽及冗余可靠性方面优于传统工业以太网。文章评估APL与ProfinetRT、EtherNet/IP在模拟危险环境中的性能,结果显示APL在关键指标上性能显著,满足SIL3等级要求,为安全仪表系统通信协议选择提供实证支持。
Safety instrumented systems rely on the reliability and adaptability of communication protocols.APL dual line Ethernet,following the IEEE802.3cc standard,outperforms traditional industrial Ethernet in terms of transmission distance,explosionproof performance,bandwidth,and redundancy reliability.This study evaluates the performance of APL,Profinet RT,and EtherNet/IP in simulating hazardous environments.The results show that APL significantly outperforms key indicators and meets SIL3 level requirements,providing empirical support for the selection of communication protocols for safety instrumented systems.
