聚氨酯粉煤灰加固墩柱抗震混合试验研究

摘要 为了研究聚氨酯粉煤灰复合材料的加固效果,选取某四跨钢筋混凝土连续梁桥为研究对象,对墩柱采用全包聚氨酯粉煤灰复合材料加固,采用抗震混合试验方法研究该桥梁整体结构的抗震性能,选取该连续梁桥结构中主要经受强地震力作用的固定墩柱作为试验子结构,利用模型相似原理,对原墩柱进行缩尺设计后进行试验,其余部分则使用OpenSees有限元进行数值计算,将物理试验与数值计算进行整体耦合,形成整体连续梁桥抗震分析结果。结果表明,聚氨酯粉煤灰材料加固墩柱能够提高桥梁整体的抗震性能;抗震混合试验能更为准确地检验结构的抗震性能。 In order to study the reinforcing effect of poly urethane fly ash composites,this paper selects a four-span reinforced concrete continuous beam bridge as the research object,adopts the fully wrapped poly urethane fly ash composites reinforcement to the pier columns,and adopts the seismic hybrid test method to study the seismic performance of the overall structure of the bridge,and selects the fixed piers which are mainly subjected to the action of the strong seismic force in the structure of the continuous girder bridge as the test sub-structures,and utilizes the principle of similarity of the model,and conducts tests after downsizing the original pier columns.Using the principle of model similarity,the original piers and columns are designed to be scaled down for the test,and the rest of the parts are numerically calculated using OpenSees finite element,which integrally couples the physical test with the numerical calculation to form the seismic analysis results of the overall continuous girder bridge.The results show that:polyurethane fly ash material reinforced piers and columns can improve the seismic performance of the bridge as a whole;the seismic hybrid test can more accurately check the seismic performance of the structure.
