摘要
为提升110 kV变电站主变压器安装调试质量与运行可靠性,文章围绕其核心工艺与关键技术展开研究。重点优化器身就位找平、附件密封装配及油务处理等安装工艺,系统提出电气性能精准测试、保护系统联动调试及试运行控制调试技术,并构建全过程质量检测体系与关键工序风险防控机制。实践表明,所研究的工艺与技术可有效降低安装调试故障发生率,保障主变压器安全稳定运行,为110 kV变电站建设及设备运维提供技术支撑。
In order to improve the installation and commissioning quality and operation reliability of the main transformer of the 110 kV substation,this article focuses on its core technology and key technologies.It focuses on optimizing the installation processes such as body in-place leveling,accessory sealing assembly and oil treatment.The system puts forward debugging technologies such as accurate testing of electrical performance,protection system linkage debugging and trial operation control,and builds a whole-process quality inspection system and a key process risk prevention and control mechanism.Practice shows that the processes and technologies studied can effectively reduce the incidence of installation and commissioning failures,ensure the safe and stable operation of the main transformer,and provide technical support for the construction of 110 kV substations and equipment operation and maintenance.
