摘要
文章主要介绍了水电厂核心控制设备PLC的国产化发展现状,给出了LCU国产化的研制路线,包括硬件调研、LCU图纸绘制、PLC硬件测试、PLC软件测试、制定通信规约、水电厂基本功能块设计、水电厂程序设计、联合开发、现场安装及调试、机组试运行、项目验收。介绍了某流域电厂LCU改造实例,将原有进口设备LCU装置更换为国产的LCU装置,改造后,CPU主频远高于国外产品,主备用CPU切换时间由200 ms左右变为50 ms左右,消除了切换带来的扰动,CPU的扫描速度远高于国外产品,提升了信号处理效率,并统一了外部通信规约,增加了PLC的可信功能,通过2年的实际监测,完成了对LCU改造适用性的验证。
This paper examines the current status of localization of programmable logic controllers(PLCs)—the core control equipment used in hydropower plants—and presents a development pathway for localizing local control units(LCUs).The pathway includes hardware research and LCU drawing design,PLC hardware testing,PLC software testing,formulation of communication protocols,design of basic functional blocks,program design,joint development,on-site installation and commissioning,unit trial operation,and project acceptance for specific hydropower plants.A case study presents an LCU retrofit at a river-basin hydropower plant,in which the original imported LCU devices were replaced with domestically produced units.The retrofit achieved a much higher CPU main frequency than the foreign product and reduced the switchover time between service and standby CPUs from about 200 ms to about 50 ms,eliminated at the same time the disturbances caused by switching.The CPU scan speed also improved substantially over the foreign device,improving the signal-processing efficiency.Additional modifications included unifying external communication protocols and reinforcing PLC trusted functions.The applicability of the retrofitted LCU was verified through two years of monitoring under real operating conditions.
