交通建设项目环水保管理系统应用研究

摘要 本研究针对交通建设项目环水保管理中存在的数据信息化程度低、监管不及时、人工操作烦琐、资料查询困难等问题,提出了一套基于物联网技术的环水保管理系统。系统采用“1+1+1+4”架构,实现了环水保管理的智能化、标准化与全过程覆盖。通过GNSS传感器、环境监测设备、AI摄像头等实时采集数据,结合PDCA循环与系统协调理论,提升管理效率,降低环境风险。应用结果显示,系统可减少70%环境事故,水土保持措施落实率达95%以上,静态投资回收期仅1.2年,具有显著的经济、环境与社会效益。 This study addresses issues in environmental and water conservation management for transportation construction projects,such as low data informatization,delayed supervision,cumbersome manual operations,and difficulties in document retrieval.It proposes an environmental and water conservation management system based on IoT technology.The system adopts a“1+1+1+4”architecture,achieving intelligent,standardized,and full-process coverage of environmental and water conservation management.Through real-time data collection via GNSS sensors,environmental monitoring equipment,and AI cameras,combined with PDCA cycles and system coordination theory,management efficiency is enhanced,and environmental risks are reduced.Application results show that the system can reduce environmental accidents by 70%,achieve a soil and water conservation measure implementation rate of over 95%,and has a static investment payback period of only 1.2 years,demonstrating significant economic,environmental,and social benefits.
