摘要
在发电厂长期运行中,电气二次设备故障频发,严重威胁发电厂的稳定运行及安全性。提出一种基于人工智能的发电厂电气二次设备状态监测与维护策略,通过集成传感器和监测系统,实现对电气二次设备关键性能指标的持续跟踪,确保设备状态透明化监控。利用人工智能算法对监测数据进行深入分析,进行设备状态评估与故障诊断,有效识别潜在风险。在此基础上,研究构建了动态维护决策模型,根据设备状态评估结果实时调整维护计划,实现按需维护,避免维护过度或不足。该策略优化维护资源使用,降低维护成本,同时提高设备可靠性和电力系统运行效率,为电力系统稳定运行和电气二次设备智能化管理提供有力支持。与现有技术相比,本研究方案在故障识别率和维护成本方面均有显著优势,为电力系统长期稳定运行提供坚实的技术保障。
In the long-term operation of power plants,electrical secondary equipment frequently experiences failures,posing a serious threat to the stable operation and safety of power plants.An artificial intelligence-based state monitoring and maintenance strategy is proposed for power plant secondary equipment.By integrating sensors and monitoring systems,it continuously tracks key performance indicators of electrical secondary equipment,ensuring transparent monitoring of equipment status.Utilizing artificial intelligence algorithms to deeply analyze the monitoring data,the strategy conducts equipment state assessment and fault diagnosis,effectively identifying potential risks.On this basis,a dynamic maintenance decision-making model is developed,which adjusts maintenance plans in real-time based on equipment state assessment results,achieving on-demand maintenance and avoiding the problems of over-maintenance or under-maintenance.This strategy optimizes the use of maintenance resources,reduces maintenance costs,and simultaneously improves equipment reliability and the operational efficiency of the power system,providing strong support for the stable operation of the power system and the intelligent management of electrical secondary equipment.Compared with existing technologies,the proposed solution in this study has significant advantages in terms of fault identification rate and maintenance costs,providing a solid technical guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the power system.
