摘要
随着智能建筑发展速度加快,楼宇自控系统对电气设备的可靠性、能效性及智能化的要求也逐渐提高。聚焦成套柜智能化技术在楼宇自控系统里的应用和创新,通过剖析传统成套柜在楼宇配电、安防等场景中存在的局限,提出借助多传感器融合与深度学习的智能化改造方案。研究内容包含智能感知层设计、数据驱动的故障诊断模型、能效优化算法及自愈控制策略,结合实际楼宇案例验证技术的有效性。结果显示,智能化成套柜可使楼宇配电系统故障响应速度提升超60%,综合能效提高15%,运维成本降低40%,为楼宇自控系统的高效运行提供技术支撑。
With the rapid development of intelligent buildings,building automation systems(BAS)have higher requirements for the reliability,energy efficiency,and intelligence of electrical equipment.This paper focuses on the application and innovation of intelligent switchgear technology in BAS.By analyzing the limitations of traditional switchgear in building power distribution and security scenarios,an intelligent transformation scheme based on multi-sensor fusion and deep learning is proposed.The research covers the design of intelligent perception layer,data-driven fault diagnosis model,energy efficiency optimization algorithm,and self-healing control strategy,with verification through actual building cases.Results show that intelligent switchgear can improve the fault response speed of building power distribution systems by over 60%,increase comprehensive energy efficiency by 15%,and reduce operation and maintenance costs by 40%,providing technical support for the efficient operation of BAS.
