摘要
为提高数字化变电站主网继电保护系统的调试精度与运行可靠性,结合IEC 61850标准与模块化调试理念,构建“核心指标量化-关键技术突破-工程效果验证”的系统性调试体系。通过优化采样同步补偿、SV/GOOSE报文解析、动态故障模拟及设备协同调试技术,实现多维度耦合场景下的精准调试。研究表明,该体系可高效完成主网继电保护调试,保障保护装置动作正确率达100%,且工程应用中系统连续稳定运行,为数字化变电站主网继电保护可靠调试提供支撑。
To enhance the commissioning accuracy and operational reliability of the main network protection system in digital substations,this paper,based on the IEC 61850 standard and the concept of modular commissioning,proposes a systematic commissioning framework of“quantified core indicators–key technology breakthroughs–engineering performance verification.”By optimizing sampling synchronization compensation,SV/GOOSE message parsing,dynamic fault simulation,and device coordination techniques,precise commissioning under multi-dimensional coupled scenarios is achieved.The study shows that this framework can efficiently complete main network protection commissioning,ensuring a 100%protection action correctness rate.In engineering applications,the system demonstrated continuous and stable operation,providing strong support for reliable commissioning of main network protection in digital substations.
