摘要
赫哲族聚居区位于黑龙江省“三江流域”,近年来依托发展避暑生态文旅产业,实现乡村面貌与村民生活的双重提升。为了使赫哲族民众进一步受益于冰雪经济,通过分析“冰雪+文旅”融合中赫哲族体育文化的情况,发现其具有政策及发展条件优越、“冰雪+渔猎”场景的独特性、体育文化的原生性等优势;但同时也存在文化传承断层严重、基础设施建设滞后、旅游产品同质化明显、专业人才储备不足等传承困境。提出锚定活态延续,构建“赛事+教育+数字”传承体系;聚焦特色适配,完善“专项+联动+智慧”设施网络;立足渔猎内核,打造“体验+IP+融合”特色业态;强调以人为本,形成“传育+引智+保障”人才支撑框架等活化策略。通过揭示赫哲族体育文化与文旅融合的适配逻辑,从而在未来推进少数民族传统体育文化的现代化转型,加速边境地区文旅产业的升级与发展。
The Hezhe ethnic group resides in the“Three-River Basin”of Heilongjiang Province.In recent years,relying on the development of summer eco-cultural tourism industry,it has achieved dual improvements in rural appearance and villagers’living standards.To further benefit the Hezhe people from the ice and snow economy,this study analyzes the integration of Hezhe ethnic sports culture into“Ice and Snow+Cultural Tourism”and identifies its advantages:favorable policies and development conditions,the uniqueness of the“ice and snow+fishing and hunting”scenario,and the originality of its sports culture.However,it also faces inheritance dilemmas such as severe cultural discontinuity,backward infrastructure construction,obvious homogenization of tourism products,and insufficient reserve of professional talents.Corresponding activation strategies are proposed:anchoring living inheritance to construct a“event+education+digital”inheritance system;focusing on characteristic adaptation to improve a“specialized+linked+intelligent”infrastructure network;basing on the core of fishing and hunting to create a“experience+IP+integration”characteristic industry format;emphasizing people-oriented development to form a“inheritance and training+talent introduction+guarantee”talent support framework.By revealing the adaptation logic between Hezhe ethnic sports culture and the integration of cultural tourism,this study aims to promote the modern transformation of traditional ethnic sports culture and accelerate the upgrading and development of the cultural tourism industry in border areas in the future.
