摘要
CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑系统自问世以来就在生命科学研究领域得到广泛应用。近年来,随着脱靶效应、显微注射等技术不断改良,该技术也被广泛应用于昆虫学领域的相关研究。通过对CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑系统在昆虫研究中的技术进展进行概述,并就该技术在昆虫基因编辑及基因功能方面的研究进展进行总结,旨在为利用CRISPR-Cas9基因编辑系统对昆虫基因功能的研究、害虫防治以及经济性昆虫分子改良等领域的相关研究提供参考。
CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing system has been widely used in the field of life science researches since its inception.In recent years,with continuous improvements in off-target effects and microinjection techniques,this technology has also been extensively applied in research related to entomology.In this paper,the technical progress of CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing system in insect researches was summarized,and the research progress of CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing system in insect gene editing and gene functions was summarized,in order to provide references for the research of insect gene function,pest control and economic insect molecular improvement by using CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing system.
