摘要
【目的】对采自江西齐云山国家级自然保护区的4份粘鸡油菌属标本进行鉴定。【方法】对标本的宏观和微观特征采用经典形态分类方法鉴定。采用分子生物学方法扩增LSU基因片段,利用最大似然法和贝叶斯法构建系统发育树,通过多相分类方法对标本进行鉴定。【结果】4份粘鸡油菌属标本为奥卡帕粘鸡油菌(Gloeocantharellus okapaensis),提供了该新纪录种的详细宏观和显微特征描述,并提供其野外生态信息。【结论】参考已报道的粘鸡油菌属物种,确定奥卡帕粘鸡油菌为中国新纪录种,研究结果对江西省大型真菌名录是较好的补充。
[Objective]Four specimens of the genus Gloeocantharellus collected from Qiyunshan National Nature Reserve in Jiangxi Province were identified.[Method]Classical morphological examination was conducted based on macroscopic and microscopic characteristics.Subsequently,the nuclear large subunit ribosomal RNA(LSU)gene was amplified.Phylogenetic trees were inferred by using Maximum Likelihood(ML)and Bayesian Inference(BI)methods,and the specimens were identified through polyphasic taxonomy.[Result]All four specimens were consistently clustered with Gloeocantharellus okapaensis in the phylogenetic tree,which was strongly supported by both ML and BI analyses.Combined with congruent morphological features,the specimens were identified as G.okapaensis.Detailed morphological descriptions,line drawings,and ecological observations of this species were provided herein.[Conclusion]Upon reviewing previously reported Gloeocantharellus species,it was confirmed that the two species were reported for the first time in China,thus providing a valuable addition to the list of macro-fungi in Jiangxi province.
